1. Check the network connection and the internet access.

1. Check the backup device and try again.

BARCODE READER DOESN'T REPLY

1. Make sure that the barcode reader light is on. Do not stare into it directly. Try to read another barcode.

CLEANER NOT DETECTED

1. The reagent or sample arm does not sense Cleaner at the washing station.

2. Check the Cleaner at washing station during washing process. Clean the washing station by Dia-Clean-Sys.

CLEANER TANK IS EMPTY OR WASTE IS FULL DURING MEASUREMENT RUN

1. Check the Cleaner tank and Waste tank.

2. Replace the Cleaner tank and Waste tank.

CLEANER TANK IS EMPTY BEFORE READY STATE

1. Replace the Cleaner tank and Waste tank.

CLEANER TANK IS EMPTY DURING PRIME OR WASH

1. The Cleaner tank is empty.

2. Check the level of Cleaner liquid. Replace the Cleaner tank.

CLEANER TANK HAS NOT BEEN CHANGED

1. You didn’t screw down and pull out the transfer tube signed with green colour.

2. During changing the Cleaner, screw down, then pull out the transfer tube signed with green colour.

INCOMPLETE OR EMPTY REAGENT

1. One or more reagents are missing required for the measurements.

2. Please check the list of reagents. Add the missing reagents and run the measurement.

FAILED CUVETTE DROP

1. The Cuvette arm position is wrong or the tweezers are dirty.

2. Check visually the position of Cuvette arm, and clean the tweezers.

EMPTY CUVETTE HOPPER

1. The cuvettes run out, or the volume indicated in the program is zero.

2. Check the volume of cuvettes in the Cuvette Hopper. Add cuvettes and type the correct number.

CUVETTE HOPPER ROTOR JAM

1. The Cuvette incubator rotor position is wrong, the rotor is not moving properly.

2. Check visually the position of Cuvette incubator rotor. Clean the rotor and start initialisation.

CUVETTE IS MISSING IN INCUBATOR ROTOR

1. The Cuvettes in incubator is stacked, or the cuvette is not detected properly.

2. Check visually the position of Cuvettes in incubator. Clean the incubator and start initialisation.

CUVETTE IS NOT DETECTED AFTER SHAKING

1. There was no cuvette taken back to the measuring position. Check visually the position of Cuvette arm, and clean the tweezers.

LOW LEVEL

1. The Cuvette incubator rotor position is bad or the cuvette is not detected properly.

2. Check visually the position of Cuvette incubator rotor. Clean the rotor and start initialisation.

CUVETTE IS NOT DETECTED ON MEASPOS

1. There was no cuvette taken to the measuring position.

2. Check visually the position of Cuvette arm, and clean the tweezers.

CUVETTE TRASH IS FULL

1. The trash is full or the volume indicated in the program is 1000.

2. Empty the trash.

DIACLEAN-SYS LEVEL IS TOO LOW

1. The needles of reagent and sample arms sense low liquid level.

2. Check the level of Dia-Clean-Sys. Fill up the vials.

DISABLED USER

1. The user name you tried to enter is not valid.

2. Check the list of user names. Try another user.

EMERGENCY STOP EXECUTED

1. The instrument stopped after emergency stop and the measurements have lost.

2. Restart the program and repeat the lost measurements.

EXPIRED QC PERIOD / OUT OF RANGE QC VALUES

1. The QC period of reagent has expired or the QC value out of range.

2. Run new control.

INCORRECT ACCESS LEVEL

1. The level of the user you applied to the Coag M is not enough for the process.

2. Check the user. Choose another user.

INCORRECT CALIBRATOR NAME

1. The word “Barcode” is not allowed for calibrator name.

2. Check the name of the calibrator. Type again.

INCORRECT DATE

1. The format of the date you typed in was incorrect.

2. Please check the format and repeat it.

INCORRECT SHUTDOWN OCCURRED

1. The incorrect shutdown may result wrong or inconsistent database.

2. Turn off and on the Coag M and check the data in the program.

INCORRECT TEST SETUP

1. One or more field is not correct in the Test Setup.

2. Check the field and type again.

INIPARAMS HAVE CHANGED

1. One or more Ini parameters were changed.

2. Exit Coag M and start again.

INITIALIZATION ERROR

1. There was an error during the initialization process.

2. Check the part what was not initialized. Start initialization again. Have the service maintain the instrument.

INSERTED REAGENTS DON'T MATCH TO LAST STATE

1. The Coag M checked the position of reagents during initialization. The position of reagents do not match to the list exists in the program.

2. Check the reagents and type into window appear step by step.

INSTRUMENT IS NOT IN READY STATE

1. You tried to start a process what was denied.

2. Wait for the Ready state, and then try again.

LEVEL DETECTION ERROR

1. There is a level detection error.

2. Check the liquid in the vial at given place. Try again.

LOT NUMBERS MISMATCH

1. The scanned data not belong to the reagent/control/calibrator.

2. Check the data sheet. Try again with correct data sheet.

LOW LEVEL

1. The liquid level of the reagent is lower than the predetermined percent of the max volume.

2. Prepare new bottle of reagents and add to the reagent holder.

MACHINE IS UNINITIALIZED

1. The instrument is not initialized after certain changes.

2. Run the initialization.

MAXIMUM CAPACITY OF THE HOPPER IS CUVETTES

1. The cuvette number exceeds the 500.

2. Do not add more than 500 cuvettes.

MEASURED VOLUME IS DIFFERENT THAN GIVEN VOLUME

1. The volume of the reagents listed in the reagent table, differ from the volume calculated from level sensing. Press Yes to accept the calculated volume.

MISSING CALIBRATION

1. The calibration of the … reagent is missing.

2. Please add calibration data or arrange auto calibration before start to measure.

1. There is no control data in the Test Setup.

1. There must be cuvette at sample position in rotor during sampling.

2. Please check the rotor of incubator and the cuvette feeder.

NOT ENOUGH SOLUTIONS

1. There are no enough reagents for the planned measurements.

2. Check the reagents. Add new reagents for the measurement.

NOT ENOUGH, MISSING, OR EXPIRED CONTROL

1. There is no enough control for the planned QC measurements.

2. Check the controls. Add controls for the QC measurement.

OPTICAL RACK DETECTION FAILED

1. The rack sensors of rack changer failed to detect the rack properly.

2. Have the service maintain the instrument.

QC VALUE IS OUT OF THE ALLOWED RANGE

1. The measured QC value is out of range.

2. Check the preparation and measurement of QC and try again. Have the service maintain the instrument.

RACK HOME SENSOR ERROR

1. The mechanic of rack loader has failed.

2. Start initialization process. Clean the surface or rack and rack loader.

RACK MOTOR HOME ERROR

1. The movement of rack motor is failed.

2. Start initialization process. Clean the surface or rack and rack loader.

RACK MOVING ERROR

1. The movement of rack was failed.

2. Start initialization process. Clean the surface or rack and rack loader.

RACK ID MUST BE SET

1. The Rack ID is empty.

2. You should add the Rack ID to the window.

SAMPLE ID READING ERROR AT SAMPLE POSITION

1. The sample barcode was not read properly.

2. Pick up the sample tube and try to scan it manually.

SAMPLE ID MUST BE SET

1. The measuring process needs the sample ID.

2. Add sample ID to the input window.

SAMPLING HAS STOPPED

1. Sampling has stopped because of some problems (e.g. Cleaner runs out) or manually stopped.

1. The system has recognised that a sample ID occur more than once.

1. Open cuvette cover/analyzer is on state.

2. Use cotton buds or soft gauze to clean two sensors nearby.

3. Observe cuvette hopper if rotates during cleaning.

4. Return cuvette cover.

5. Perform start up.

6. Proceed running of samples once analyzer is shown on ready state mode.

CUVETTE JAM

1. Open cuvette cover.

2. Check and remove cuvette that block the path going to reading chamber.

3. Return cuvette cover.

4. Perform start up and washing.

5. Proceed running of samples once analyzer is shown on ready state mode.

WASTE ALARM

1. Remove and check waste box if full or empty.

2. Clean surface internal and external of waste box.

3. Clean inner waste sensors with soft tissue or cloth.

4. Return waste box and closed the door.

5. Proceed running of samples once analyzer is shown on ready state mode.

ANALYZER NO RESPONSE

1. Switch off the analyzer.

2. Shutdown computer from Main menu.

3. Switch on analyzer and wait for a beep.

4. Turn on CPU.
