Hemaline 300 3-Part Hematology Analyzer

EMPTY DETERGENT / LYSE / DILUENT

1. Check reagent volume.

2. Check reagents tubings and connections.


3. Go to maintenance and perform prime twice.


4. Perform blank test and observe tubings flow of reagents going to the analyzer.


5. Proceed running of samples.

CLOGGED WBC AND RBC

1. Go to maintenance.

2. Click cauterize twice.


3. Click flush aperture twice.


4. Perform Blank test and observe results and alarm.


5. Proceed running of samples once no alarm and blank test results is within acceptable range.

TEMPERATURE OUT OF RANGE

1. Ensure operating ambient temperature is within the range.

2. Turn off the analyzer and turn on a few minutes.


3. Perform blank test and observe the anlyzer alarm and results.


4. Proceed running of samples once no alarm and blank test is passed.

HIGH BLANK VALUE

1. Check reagents expiry date.

2. Go to maintenance.


3. Click rinse fluid system twice.


4. Click rinse sample cup twice.


5. Perform blank test and check results if its within acceptable range.


6. Proceed running of sample once all results is passed.

INITIALIZATION FAILED

1. Turn off PC and analyzer.

2. Reseat LAN cable.


3. Turn on analyzer.


4. Check results of initialization if its all passed.

1. Go to Maintenance.

URIT-3000 3-Part Hematology Analyzer

ANALYZER DOES NOT TURN ON

1. Check if the AVR / UPS is connected in the power outlet

2. Check if the AVR / UPS is turned ON.


3. Check if the power cable of the analyzer is connected in the AVR / UPS.


4. Check if the analyzer power switch located at the back of the analyzer is turned ON.

WBC CLOG

1. Ask the user to run a blank test (pressing of run button without presenting any sample). If the WBC / RBC clog is still pressent please do the next step.

2. Go to “FUNC” then press “H.V CAUTERY”. When the procedure is done run a blank test. If the problem still persist. Go to the next step.


3. Prepare a 4ml probe cleaner in a plain test tube. Go to “FUNC” then submerge the sample probe in the plain test tube with probe cleaner then press Tubing Clean. After the “PROBE CLEANING”  procedure press “PRIME” after reagent priming. Run a Blank test.

RBC CLOG

1. Ask the user to run a blank test (pressing of run button without presenting any sample). If the WBC / RBC clog is still pressent please do the next step.

2. Go to “FUNC” then press “H.V CAUTERY”. When the procedure is done run a blank test. If the problem still persist. Go to the next step.


3. Prepare a 4ml probe cleaner in a plain test tube. Go to “FUNC” then submerge the sample probe in the plain test tube with probe cleaner then press Tubing Clean. After the “PROBE CLEANING”  procedure press “PRIME” after reagent priming. Run a Blank test.

WBC BUBBLES

1. Check if there is remaing detergent reagent, replace if it is already depleted . If the reagents is ok. Check if there is air gap in the reagent tubings. Press “FUNC” the press “PRIME” to eliminate the air gap in the reagent tubings.

2. Perform reagent priming. Press “FUNC” the press “PRIME” to eliminate any air gap in the reagent tubings. Do this for 2 to 3 times.


3. Ask the user to run a blank test (pressing of run button without presenting any sample).

RBC BUBBLES

1. Check if there is remaing detergent reagent, replace if it is already depleted . If the reagents is ok. Check if there is air gap in the reagent tubings. Press “FUNC” the press “PRIME” to eliminate the air gap in the reagent tubings.

2. Perform reagent priming. Press “FUNC” the press “PRIME” to eliminate any air gap in the reagent tubings. Do this for 2 to 3 times.


3. Ask the user to run a blank test (pressing of run button without presenting any sample).

VACUUM LOW

1. Press MUTE to stop the alarm.

2. Perform reagent priming. Press “FUNC” the press “PRIME”. Do this for 2 to 3 times.


3. Ask the user to run a blank test (pressing of run button without presenting any sample).

WASTE FULL

1. Check the wasted level in the waste container.

2. Empty the waste container. If it is almost full.

DILUENT EMPTY

1. Check if there is remaining Diluent in the container. Replace the diluent reagent If it is already depleted.

2. Perform reagent priming. Press “FUNC” the press “PRIME”. Do this 2 times.


3. Ask the user to run a blank test (pressing of run button without presenting any sample).

DETERGENT EMPTY

6. Wait for the confirm pop up to re apear, before clicking YES put the test tube with probe cleaner beneath the sample probe for the second time (insure that the sample probe touch the bottom of the test tube). Wait for the rinse fluidics procedure to finish.

7. Ask the user to run a blank test (pressing of run button without presenting any sample).

RBC CLOG

1. Check if there is remaining Lyse in the container. Replace the Lyse reagent If it is already depleted.

2. Click “FUNC” then “MAINT”. Select “PRIME LYSE”.  Do this 2 times.

3. Ask the user to run a blank test (pressing of run button without presenting any sample).

SHUTTING DOWN ANALYZER

1. Click EXIT icon located in the lower right most sid of the LCD.

2. Confirm pop up will appear. Click YES.

3. Confirm pop up will appear again this time it will ask you if you want to perform TUBING Clean. Prepare 3ml of probe cleaner into a plane test tube. Place the test tube under the aspiration probe and click YES. Wait for the sample probe to go up before removing the test tube.

4. Wait for the THANK YOU, NOW TURN OFF POWER message in the LCD. If this message appeared you can now turn OFF the power switch located at the back of the analyzer.

5. Don’t forget to turn OFF the UPS / AVR.

URIT-3300 3-Part Hematology Analyzer

ANALYZER DOES NOT TURN ON

6. Call JARCET service engineer if the problem persist.

1. Shutdown the software. Click EXIT located in the upper right corner of the software.

2. Check and reseat the RS232 cable connected between the analyzer and the CPU.

3. Power on the analyzer followed by the CPU.

4. When the software starts a beeping sound from the analyzer must be heard and the analyzer will start to initialize.

5. Call JARCET service engineer if the problem persists.

URIT-5250 5-Part Hematology Analyzer

WBC / RBC BUBBLES

1. Check reagents volume and tubing connections.

2. Perform prime twice and observe movement of reagents on tubings going to the analyzer.

3. Perform blank test and check results and alarm.

4. Proceed running of samples once results is passed and no alarm on analyzer.

CLOGGED WBC AND RBC

1. Go to maintenance.

2. Click WBC/RBC soaked.

3. Open the side door of analyzer.

4. Pour 3ml of hypocleaner on WBC/RBC cup.

5. Closed the side door.

6. Then press start (wait untill the cleaning is finish).

7. Perform blank test, check alarm and results if its acceptable range.

8. Proceed running of sample once results is passed.

CANNOT ASPIRATE SAMPLE

1. Go to maintenance.

2. Click aspiration probe cleaning twice.

3. Perform blank test and check results.

4. Proceed running of samples once results of blank test is within the range and no alarms.

URIT-5380 5-Part Hematology Analyzer

CLOGGED WBC / RBC

2. Click one key soaking.

3. Prepare 5 ml of Hypocleaner and put on sample holder.

4. Closed the Holder door and press ok, wait untill 45 minutes to finish.

5. Perform prime once and blank test and check results if its within the range.

3. Run the Mix Home Alignment procedure. This procedure automatically measures and stores the home (vertical) offset position of the mixer wall.

1. Check if there is still Lyse reagent in the lyse reagent bottle. Replace if necessary.

2. On the MAINTENANCE menu swipe left to enter prime menu, select lyse then prime for atleast 2 times.
