COMMUNICATION TROUBLE
1. Check whether the connection between the analyzer and the receiver is normal.
2. The computer terminal and the analyzer IP address are consistent.
3. Open the analyzer interface LIS transfer switch.
BARCODE SCANNING GUN COMMUNICATION FAILURE
1. Check whether the barcode scanning gun is properly connected.
2. Check if the connection is properly connected.
INVALID BARCODE
1. Contact a JARCET service engineer for assistance.
NO HEMOLYTIC AGENT
1. Check whether the hemolytic connection tube is well connected.
2. Replace the new hemolytic agent.
NO ELUENT (A, B, C)
1. Replace the solution.
2. Reset liquid count.
EXISTING BUBBLES IN THE LINE CONNECTED REAGENTS
1. Check the connection tube and reagent dosage, then perform to prime A/B/C solution to remove the bubbles.
RESULTS RANGED FROM 3% TO 18%
1. Increase the sample size.
2. Replace the whole blood sample or adopt the diluted blood model.
3. Replace the column or filter.
4. Reagent.
5. Bubble removal.
ERROR CODE E1
1. Mix it well and repeat the test. If the retest value is still abnormal, it is recommended to test with the method of diluting blood.
